Discover the Place where you can be a Maker, and join us at the Makerplace, the Arlington Heights Memorial Library's new makerspace and center for hands-on experiential learning. Opening at 112 N. Belmont Avenue, near Recreation Park this summer, the Makerplace provides visitors ages 12 and up a unique opportunity for making and creating, using the latest technology and creative equipment, along with flexible workspaces and a commercial-grade kitchen. Once open, visit anytime to explore the space, try something new or bring a project from home and use the open workspaces.
