CEDA (Community and Economic Development Association of Cook County) is a private nonprofit serving Cook County, IL since 1965. As a community action agency, CEDA provides services and strategies to address the causes and conditions of poverty for people of all ages and stages of life. CEDA helps more than 450,000 people annually.
