About

Whether you're buying, selling, renting, or investing you can be certain that Tim Sacks will make sure you're confident and comfortable in every step of the process. Tim's entire career has been dedicated to finding solutions while providing exceptional customer service. He found success early on because many the clients he served started recommending their friends or coming back for additional services. He credits his strong work ethic and treating every customer as he envisions being treated if he were in their shoes. Entrepreneurship was a common theme in Tim's family. He was facinated by his grandparent's stories about their dealings in real estate and longed to continue learning about the market after a positive experience investing in a West Loop condominium with another family member. At this point it was time for Tim to take what he had learned in his career and combine it with his passion for real estate and begin helping his friends and clients make their real estate goals a reality. Tim adapted quickly and was able to transfer a lot of what he had learned from his life in corporate sales. Negotiating has always been his strongpoint as he was used to making his solutions stand out while competing against multiple bids from competitors. He was used to quickly finding out how to create a winning situation based upon the specific needs of his customers and going the extra mile to find out how he could benefit them. Over the past several years Tim has gained experience of helping many people buy, sell, invest, and lease in both the city and the suburbs. Tim is very familiar with Chicago real estate having lived in Lincoln Park, Lakeview, Roscoe Village, West Loop, and West Town. He moved to Chicago in 2001 and he continues to explore the many different neighborhoods and watching how they've changed over the years. Tim grew up in northwest suburban Arlington Heights and received a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree from The University of Iowa. When he's not at work he stays active in his community while serving on his Local School Council, volunteering for various charities, and offering assistance whenever possible at his son's school and soccer club. Tim has completed the Chicago Marathon on three occasions and still runs races whenever he can so you may see him running or biking on the lakefront path or the 606. Tim considers himself fortunate to continuously meet new people and assist them with their Chicago real estate needs. He is curious by nature and will make sure no stone is left unturned in both the sale of his client's existing home and their search for what's next.
