The Taste of Des Plaines is one of the most popular summer festivals in the area. Families, friends and neighbors from all around the Chicagoland area attend this free two-day event featuring great food from our local restaurants, live entertainment on two stages, a Wine & Beer Garden, a family area with free activities including a rock climbing wall, reptile show, youth activities, a Classic Car show and so much more! Just steps away from the Metra train and downtown Des Plaines, parking is free and easily accessible.
