High School District 214 is Illinois' second-largest high school district in Illinois, annually delivering relevant and innovative education to more than 12,000 students from eight communities.
A nationally recognized school system, District 214 includes six comprehensive high schools and four programs of specialized learning, offering more than 480 academic courses and 140 co-curricular opportunities.
All six comprehensive high schools are consistently ranked among the state's best and most challenging, and students have the opportunity to earn early college credits, career credentials and internship experiences through a unique Career Pathways program.
The District's Community Education program is one of the nation's largest, serving more than 50,000 lifelong learners annually. The District 214 Education Foundation funds innovation, student success and lifelong learning across District 214.
