The Northern Illinois District LCMS is 220-plus congregations of The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, spanning the 24 counties in the northern one-third of Illinois. As a district of believers in Jesus, we commit ourselves to work together, as the Holy Spirit leads, to establish new starts in and through congregations, which by God's grace result in new believers.
