CELEBRATE INDEPENDENCE DAY IN ITASCA! 4 JULY Live music and Illinois' largest fireworks display return to Hamilton Lakes on July 4th JOIN THE FUN! The park opens at 4 p.m., with music by America's Got Talent performer JOEY KAR at 6:30. Special guest RANDALL HALL, formerly of Lynyrd Skynyrd, will join local favorite MAGGIE SPEAKS at 8 p.m. and perform such hit songs as Free Bird and Sweet Home Alabama. The breathtaking fireworks, synchronized to music, begin at 10. Tasty foods and beverages will be available from a variety of vendors. Church Street Brewing will operate a craft beer tent. Admission to the park is free. On-site parking is $25 a car. Hamilton Lakes is located west of O'Hare Airport at 1390 and Park Boulevard in Itasca.
