About

The mission of the Stevenson High School Foundation is Connecting Community and School. Building relationships between external and internal communities adds value, enriches lives, and fosters engagement and ownership for both community and school. For more than 20 years, the Stevenson High School Foundation has helped build a culture of success stretching far beyond the classroom – connecting our community and our school. Since 1993, the Stevenson Foundation has provided nearly $2 million in educational support for students in need, student scholarships, innovation grants, and community outreach programs. Education, Access, & Opportunity The Foundation provides education, access, and opportunities to the school and the broader community. The Foundation: (1) Partners with both community and school to discover and access one another’s resources, (2) educates community and school about how their mutual resources can be leveraged to create value for all community members, (3) Offers programs that extend Stevenson educational, cultural, and recreational resources to resources to the community at large, and (4) Provides supplemental support for Stevenson student, faculty, and staff needs and innovative ideas through a variety of programs. Resource Development The Foundation develops mutually beneficial relationships throughout the community and school. The Foundation: (1) Secures monetary and non-monetary resources to support the Foundation and its programs and (2) creates a legacy of commitment among students, parents, alumni, faculty, staff, and community members that fosters loyalty, support, and a sense of ownership in the Foundation and school. Organizational Development The Foundation is recognized for its service to community and school. Those involved with the Foundation are respected for their leadership, commitment, and service.
