It started over 50 years ago with Grandpa (Charlie) Domanico; honing and passing down his craftsmanship and care for delivering the highest quality of USDA prime meats to his community with exceptional personal attention. Charlie Domanico also passed down his craft and passion to his son, Charles, who then taught his sons, and current Ascot Prime Meats owners, Mattew and Eric Domanico. Three generations and over five decades later, Ascot Prime Meats has expanded its products and services while still holding on to the old-fashioned customer care and true craftsmanship of butchering that Charlie Domanico started years and years ago.
