Business Insight Daily Challenges and Gratitude Last week, writing for you, I did not know how long my message would stay accurate. Daily, we received more news from around the world and within the US, and they were not good news. Even though we are not public health professionals, we equally feel responsibility to serve our patients. Thinking we would not do that means mostly the fact that they, the patients, would return to their primary care doctors who are already overwhelmed. This was not an option. So, we continue limiting the risk for our patients and for our employees, while we operate in these packages. Yes, delivery men and women absolutely crazy times. are in their trucks, making sure our mail and posts are delivered daily. We are so One thing that is not changing is our appreciation for all the other professions happy to see them as they confirm some and workers who remain on their posts, keeping our communities alive. I feel for and personally thank all the grocery store employees who have been exposed to thousands of customers, nervous and anxious, buying things they needed and do not need. Someone mentioned that what we're going through is worse than 9/11. 1 am not sure I would dare to compare but we are all insecure in this new reality that may last for a long while. Sometimes, situations like this bring Special thanks to all the utility workers who still have to respond to all calls and bad actions in people, sometimes, it is repairs, and make sure we have power, water, and gas. Thank you to all the workers from garbage pick up companies and caring about each other. It is too and municipalities. They have to work and there is no work from home for them.
