NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX INCREASE FOR WINFIELD TOWNSHIP I. A public hearing to approve the proposed property tax levy increase for Winfield Township for the year 2025 will be held on Monday, December 8, 2025 at 6:45 P. M. at 130 Arbor Avenue, West Chicago, IL 60185. II. The corporate and special purpose property taxes extended or abated for 2024 were $1,307,940.45. The proposed corporate and special purpose property taxes to be levied in 2025 are $2,426,832.00. This represents an 85.5% increase over the previous year. III. The property taxes extended for debt service and public building commission leases for 2024 were $0.00. The estimated property taxes to be extended for debt service and public building commission leases for 2025 are $0.00. This represents a zero percent (0%) increase over the previous years. IV.
