Welcome to Northwest Suburban Montessori School, a preschool that has been enriching children for over 50 years. We are a not-for-profit, non-denominational organization serving Arlington Heights, Palatine, Mount Prospect, and other neighboring communities in the Northwest Chicago suburbs. At NSMS, children have the freedom to discover and learn in a carefully prepared environment that fosters order, logic, and inner dicipline. Because each child's development is unique, our curriculum is tailored to each student. Hands-on learning is central to the curriculum in all programs.
NSMS is licensed by the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, and is an affiliate of the American Montessori Society. All our teachers are trained in the Montessori method and collectively have more than 60 years of experience.
NSMS offers a range of classes for children ages 21 months to 6 years. We encourage you to explore our programs and call us for a tour.
