In her role, Hinton supervises 40 employees including nurses and CNAS caring for residents in the community's skilled nursing and short-term rehabilitation arcas. She leads staff development programs, Medicare compliance, employee onboarding and ensures that residents receive the highest quality of compassionate care. The resident of Chicago's Hyde Park neighborhood previously worked in a rehabilitation center and at another continuing opportunity to get answers to all questions they care retirement community. "It is rewarding to work at a continuing care retirement community because I like providing the ongoing support that helps our residents maintain their quality of life," Hinton says. "I enjoy staying in touch with residents as they recover and transition back to their independent nursing and short-term rehab, from the Centers living apartments and cottages," she says.
