NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON LAND USE ASSUMPTIONS RELATING TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF A COMPREHENSIVE ROAD IMPROVEMENT PLAN AND IMPOSITION OF IMPACT FEES A Public Hearing to consider the DuPage County Division of Transportation's Draft Land Use Assumptions for Impact Fees shall be held on May 31st from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 pm in Room 3500-A of the DuPage County Complex, 421 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton. The purpose of the public hearing is to consider the Division of Transportation's Draft 2015-2040 Land Use Assumptions Document for Impact Fees. Public Comment will be accepted on this document, will be entered into public record and will be considered by the Impact Fee Advisory Committee and the County Board prior to adoption of the Land Use Assumptions The presentation will cover all areas within the boundaries of the County of DuPage, and will include information on: development of the assumptions, population and demographic trends, expected land uses in 2015, 2025 and 2040 and specific large scale development plans. The County of DuPage shall make the Assumptions document along with detailed mapping of the assumed land uses available to the public through the Division of Transportation's Public Information page at: www.dupageco.org/dot/1569. Materials will be available beginning Tuesday, May 1st. Anymemberof thepublic affected bytheproposed Comprehensive Road Improvement Plan shall have the right to appear at the public hearing and provide comments, support or opposition to the document. A certified court reporter will be available to record verbal comments. Evidence may be entered into the public hearing record either verbally or by submitting written comments.
