NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON AMENDMENTS TO THE DUPAGE COUNTY FAIR SHARE IMPACT FEE ORDINANCE ODT-021R-89 A Public Hearing to consider the DuPage County Division of Transportation's Comprehensive Road Improvement Plan for Impact Fees shall be held on December 9, 2021. The hearing shall be held virtually beginning at 4:00p. Public Comment will be accepted on this document, will be entered into public record and will be considered by the Impact Fee Advisory Committee and the County Board prior to adoption of the Plan. A copy of the Draft Plan can be located on the DuPage County Transportation Planning web page at: www.dupageco.org/DOT/TransPlan. The presentation will cover all areas within the boundaries of the Countyof DuPage,andwillincludeinformationonexistingconditions, financingofroadimprovements, five-and ten-yearprogrambudgets, capital programs and project eligibility for impact fee revenues. Any member of the public affected by the Plan shall have the right to appear at the public hearing and present evidence in support of or against the amendments. The presentation and all comments will be recorded and made available to the public. Evidence may be entered into the public hearing record either verbally or by submitting written comments.
