And harm is a natural consequence of unregulated utilization of tools and technology going out of control. I think about it often in relation to our country's legislative body. Many of our representatives in the government do not know how to use computers. They have staffers sending messages. They use Twitter because it reaches out to the largest possible audience. But Twitter's messages are often out of context and there is no space for any explanation or reasoning there. How can major legislative decisions about technology use be made by people who do not understand any practicality of that technology? How can our representative predict consequences of misused technology if their skills are substituted by the skills of staffers? Who even listens to the warning voices of those who can make those predictions? Join me in getting answers to these crucial questions, please.
